Appointed in August 2020, Mick is a former Managing Director and CEO of Inghams, led Inghams through its Initial Public Offering (IPO) process and was Executive Chairman of Inghams prior to its IPO. Mick has over 37 years management and director experience, having served as Managing Director and CEO of Skilled Group for five years, COO of Coles Supermarkets and Managing Director of Coles Express during five years at Coles Group, and spent 19 years with Royal Dutch Shell both in Australia and overseas.
Mick is a former Non-Executive Director of Metcash Limited and former Chairman of Red Rock Leisure.
Mick graduated in Economics from the University of Tasmania and has completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.

Appointed 26 August 2019, Quinton has more than 25 years of experience in the agribusiness and food industries across Australia and in South Africa. He has extensive experience in general management, commerce, marketing, sales, supply chain and logistics, planning and operations.
In his most recent role which commenced in 2015, Quinton was Chief Commercial Officer and Operations Excellence Director at Ingham’s Group Limited. In 2018, Quinton was appointed as Interim Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
Prior to joining Ingham’s Group Limited, Quinton was CEO of Mackay Sugar Limited from 2008 to 2015, General Manager Marketing at Illovo Sugar in South Africa from 2007 to 2008, and International Marketing Director at South African Sugar Association from 2001 to 2007.
Quinton has a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics from the University of Natal in South Africa, a Master of Business Administration from the Edinburgh Business School in Scotland, and a Graduate Diploma in Banking from the Institute of Bankers in South Africa.

Appointed on 4 October 2024, Dan is a partner and founding member of AGR Partners LLC. AGR Partners LLC is an associated entity of Ridley’s largest shareholder, AGR Agricultural Investments LLC. Dan serves on the AGR Partners LLC investment committee and several AGR portfolio companies. Dan’s current board positions include SEMO Milling LLC, Rembrandt Foods Holdings LLC and Dairy Technology Services Limited (NZ). Prior to AGR, Dan served as Investment Manager at two Australian based captive private equity funds.

Appointed 1 September 2023, Melanie brings a depth of experience as a c-suite executive and people and culture leader in large multinational and listed corporates, as well as entrepreneurial and rapid growth businesses.
Melanie has a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) from the University of the Witwatersrand, and has more than 30 years of professional experience across various sectors and geographies. Melanie is a non-executive director and people and remuneration committee chair of AUB Group Limited, and has also held global and regional executive leadership roles at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Origin Energy and Unisys Corporation.
Melanie is a fellow of both the Australian Institute of Company Directors (FAICD) and the Australian Human Resources Institute (FAHRI), a member of Chief Executive Women (CEW) Australia and a certified chair with the Advisory Board Centre.

Richard is an experienced executive who has held senior roles with ASX listed entities over 20 years. Richard is currently the Ridley Corporation’s CFO and was previously CFO at Pact Group Holdings Ltd (ASX: PGH) for 6 years. Prior to that he held divisional finance and other executive roles at Orica Limited (ASX: ORI), he has a deep understanding of working in various jurisdictions, including North America, Europe and Asia. Richard is also a Non-executive Director and Chairman of the Audit & Risk Committee of Medical Developments International (ASX: MVP).

Claire has extensive international experience in Human Resources Management and Industrial Relations. She joined Ridley in May 2022 having held senior roles across a number of industries including logistics, pharmaceutical and financial services. Most recently and prior to joining Ridley, Claire worked at Toll Holdings, GlaxoSmithKline, CSL and Thomson Reuters.
In this role, Claire is responsible for the People, Safety and Quality teams.

Charlie has been leading the BioIngredients business since 2013.
In this role, Charlie is responsible for leading the commercial and operational aspects of our animal proteins, fats and oils business. Our BioIngredients business unit provides critical products to the aquafeed, petfood, poultry, pork and bio-diesel industries, including fish meals and oils, ovine meals, poultry meals and oils, blood meal, meat and bone meals and tallows.
Charlie’s experience in the agribusiness industry spans over 25 years. Prior to his current role, Charlie worked in Ridley’s Strategy and Corporate Development from 2005 to 2013. In this role he was involved in investor relations and played a lead role in Ridley’s divestments of Ridley Inc and Cheetham Salt ahead of our acquisitions and further investments in rendering, including of Camilleri Stockfeeds in February 2011 and CSF Proteins in December 2012.
Prior to joining Ridley, Charlie had spent over six years in Ernst & Young’s Transaction Advisory Services, focussing on agribusiness assignments. Prior to that he had over five years with National Australia Bank in rural finance and group credit roles.

Jeremy joined Ridley in March 2024 as Chief Operating Officer – Supply Chain, responsible for all merchandising and sourcing activity for Ridley, as well as planning and logistics to ensure Ridley’s supply chains are connected and efficient.
Jeremy’s experience includes 20 years with Mars in various sourcing, planning and manufacturing / operational leadership roles. Bringing both domestic and internaltional experience from the USA, he worked across multiple Mars segments and geographies. This extensive experience support the development of deep technical skills and a thorough understanding of end to end supply chains for product based bussinesses. Post Mars, Jeremy spent time in other senior leadership roles at Nandos, Blackmores and Elders. Jeremy has a track record of generating value through supply chain strategy formulation, implementation and execution. He is skilled at developing high performing teams, with strong leadership and advocating for positive workplace cultures.

Ross has extensive experience in food manufacturing, multi-site operations and supply chains in both New Zealand and Australia.
Prior to joining Ridley, Ross spent over 25 years with Fonterra Cooperative Group, the world’s largest dairy exporter. During his tenure with Fonterra Ross served in positions of increasing responsibility, including accountability for over 1500 staff and 650,000 tonnes of product annually. Throughout this time, Ross has gained extensive operational experience and has held senior leadership roles in ingredients, consumer goods, value added nutritional business units as well as in FMCG supply chains and customer service. He has also furthered his postgraduate education with Diplomas in Competitive Manufacturing and Technology Management & Innovation as well as Certificates I and II in Integrated Management.

Sandie has more than 30 years of experience in the agribusiness and food industries across Australia and the United Kingdom, with roles covering general management, commerce, marketing, sales, logistics and strategic planning.
Immediately prior to joining Ridley she was General Manager – Ingredients at Allied Pinnacle, a role she had held since 2019. Prior to her relocation from the UK she was General Manager – Monogastric at ABAgri and arrived in Australia on a secondment role with Weston Millings Feed business.
In this role she holds responsibility for Monogastric Milling operations and sales.

With an academic and commercial career spanning three decades, Ricardo joined Ridley in November 2020 and is responsible for the Nutrition and Technical business unit.
A specialist in technical innovation with considerable experience across poultry, swine, ruminant and aqua nutrition, Ricardo’s expertise in animal feeds and feed additives has seen his career progress around the globe, having worked in LATAM, North America, Europe, Africa, South East Asia and China.
Ricardo brings to Ridley a wealth of knowledge and experience and enjoys a reputation for establishing links between R&D, Technical, Marketing and Sales teams focused on animal production, animal nutrition and animal health through nutrition – linking industry needs to value creation.
